Blenheim Palace Conferences is a trading division of LRM Consultancy (UK) Ltd, an independent Oxfordshire based business consultancy, established in 2002, by Jo Ross and Richard Good, and now working in association with Blenheim Palace.
Richard has 30 years' experience in finance having held a variety of high profile FD and MD roles ranging across food manufacturing, property development, printing and software development. He acts as a consultant to the Accounts and Management teams of various businesses overseeing their finance functions and/or providing incisive and focused advice to their management teams. In his spare time Richard can be found tinkering with his classic car or travelling the length and breadth of the British Waterways by canal boat.
Jo has been working in the professional training industry for over 20 years. She has held positions as an Associate Director of BPP Professional Development, part of the BPP Group; one of the largest quoted training companies in the UK, and was Director of Marketing for the PTP Group before establishing LRM Consultancy with Richard. Jo acts as a consultant to various training organisations assisting them with course and conference planning and implementation. She also acts as an agent for freelance lecturers promoting both the individual and their courses within the industry. Jo too is a keen boater and when not aboard can often be found riding horses in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside.
