Blenheim Palace Conferences launches its Agricultural Law Disputes Conference  for this autumn.

Blenheim Palace Conferences is delighted to announce that as part of its series of rural business development themed conferences, in association with Blenheim Palace this autumn will see its first fully accredited by the Solicitors Regulation Authority conference launched, aimed at both farmers, estate managers and their professional advisors.
 
The “Agricultural Disputes – The Law and You” conference, sponsored by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and featuring The Country Land and Business Association’s Chief Legal Advisor, Christopher Price amongst other high profile speakers will be held 8 October 2008, and will concentrate how rural businesses are now facing a multitude of disputes about their land, their business and their entitlement to payment from customers and the State despite all their best intentions and precautions. This practical conference will look at a variety of commonly occurring disputes and offer advice on dispute resolution.
